Rebuilding the source RPM with a modified spec-file does not help,
mpeglib is completely(?) removed from the original
kdemultimedia-3.3.0.tar.bz2.
That's probably the reason why the file and the directory have been
renamed to kdemultimedia-3.3.0-patched...
