RH's legal opinion was that even the latest FOSS exception was 
problematic.  Last I heard RH legal is in direct communication with 
MySQL to attempt to resolve this.  It remains to be seen if we will be 
able to ship MySQL 4.x with FC3.  I certainly hope so...
