Does the new package "Requires: zlib-devel" or did it require
zlib-devel before and was changed to require zlib instead? In case it
depends on zlib-devel that would be strange and indicates that zlib is
dlopened by ttmkfdir or something like that and a patch should be
applied instead to fix that.
