Processors are close to stopped on growth.

1990		386DX40		150Mb
2005		AMD64 ~3GHz	400Gb

Its actually not clear that this is true, especially as bzip2 performance
is heavily RAM not cache dependant and RAM hasnt scaled at all well (damned
speed of light is just too low...)
