Because eclipse-ecj is our bytecode compiler and we're having issues
building it on other architectures.  When new gcc4 rpms hit, I'm going to
push in a new build of eclipse 3.1 M4 (much cleaner build procedure this
time) and get it onto all platforms.  Then we can rebuild the Java-GNOME
bindings on all platforms.
