RFE: Put fedora on a diet

Think boot-on-a flash/rom for things like pvr boxes where hd space is
reserved to the data, router/nat boxes, multi-boot setups where your 80
Gig is split in multiple small chunks, etc, etc

The simple fact is general generic base (for RHEL and lots of other
things) means FC must scale to low-storage-space setups too.

(plus multiple interdependencies make it very hard to remove legacy libs
once they've been linked almost everywhere just because one could do it
at a time)
