For plugin packages eg.:

  Requires: %{_libdir}/mozilla/plugins

kdebase (~ Konqueror), firefox and mozilla own that directory and so
satisfy the dependency.  (HelixPlayer in FC3 owns it too; that has been
fixed in Rawhide).
