If you have a jre, you can use the standard
eclipse-SDK-3.0.1-linux-gtk.zip with
http://gsd.di.uminho.pt/old/luciano/eclipse-SDK-3.0.1-linux-gtk-x86_ppc.tar.gz
on top.
