Just answering to myself :)

- Fetch from James Ketrenos these versions: ipw2100-1.1.3[1] and
ieee80211-1.1.4[2]
- Apply this patch[3] or download my patched version of ipw2100-1.1.3.[4]
- Just follow these instructions[5]. Change the kernel and driver
versions to your own.
