Bug or "Feature" Can not package manager gui with non-connected box

After reading the link, I now understand that Pirut (not sure how I 
would have know this ) is the name of the GUI front end for yum.

While it have been planned, it does and will cause a lot of problems 
for people on isolated networks.   I think this should be highlighted 
in the Wiki.
