When I go to the local hot dog stand and ask for a hot dog with
everything - I do not get every single item they carry, I get a defined
subset that is "everything", namely bread, sausage, onions, ketchup,
mustard and remolade. Now this is not one of each item they carry it is
however the defined norm for a hotdog - Fedora is no different in this
respect, an install with every single item is problematic in several
areas and the potential use case where having every single package
installed via the installer is next to non-existant.
