FC5 and Yum Plugins

Wouldn't the right thing to do be to push to get stuff like this fixed
in Fedora, rather than happily replacing a core package with your own at
the slightest provocation? (And to Fedora developers, you should also be
receptive to accepting bug fixes like this in a timely manner...)
