SELinux adds approximately 10 seconds to the boot time

Hi!
I noticed that SELinux adds approximately 10 seconds to the boot time
and Rahul Sundaram told that you may be interested in it. My system is
totally updated and so uses the kernel 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4.
Computer specs
------------------------
Motherboard: Epox 8rda3+
CPU: AMD AthlonXP 2500+ Barton downclocked to 1503.491 MHz (9 x 166
MHz, default is 11 x 166 MHz)
Graphic card: PowerColor Radeon 9500
Memory: 512MB DDR PC3200 Adata CL3 (runs on 166 MHz)
HDD: 120GB IBM 7200/8 (os is on it); 160GB Seagate 7200/8
