mozilla-config gone in FC5?

I'm trying to build vlc.  It is looking for mozilla-config.  This used to be
provided by 
rpm -q -f /usr/bin/mozilla-config
mozilla-nspr-devel-1.7.12-1.5.1

I can't find it for FC5.
