Yes I know. I believe Arjan was making a tounge-in-cheek reference to the
old "derivative work" issue associated with kernel modules in general. If
that's not the case, then I misunderstood. If it is the case, I still
won't bite ;).
That doesn't necessarily mean I disagree either. I'd rather just avoid
another flame w^H^H^H^H^H^H^H discussion about that subject right now.
