Wherever you've downloaded these packages from. Both apt and synaptic
are part of FE, but the versions your log shows do resemble the versions
in FE:

# rpm -q --qf "%{name}-%{epoch}:%{version}.%{release}\n" apt synaptic
apt-(none):0.5.15lorg3.2.6.fc5
synaptic-(none):0.57.2.5.0.fc5
