FESCo Election

Hi All!

Just FYI, FESCo (the Fedora Extras Steering Committee) currently plans a
election of the members for the next FESCo. The current plan is that all
members of the cvsextras group in the accounts systems (e.g. all Fedora
Extras packagers) can vote their new "leaders".
