What if I keep hitting this very same assertion while installing
glibc-2.4.90-7.x86_64.rpm after upgrading to rpm-4.4.2-24?

I tried an rpm --rebuilddb, no luck.  By the way, my rpmdb is
still using Berkeley DB.  Am I supposed to convert it to SQLite?
