empty mirrorlist for updates-testing-source, development-source and extras-development-source

Hi,

Per subject line, yum and yumdownloader fails when I try enabling the
repositories above, because there are no known mirrors.

Could the mirror list be updated? I know for certain that
mirrors.kernel.org has the files.
