And if it had shown up back before the Feature Freeze this wouldn't be much of 
a discussion, other than now we have Yet Another complete spell checking 
system instead of reusing one of the plethora of others out there.  But, this 
subpackage showed up just a short while ago, well beyond the freeze, and did 
in fact cause CD sizes to spill over, and now there is no time to re-evaluate 
the situation and find space elsewhere.
