It was added after the feature freeze without proper consultation of the
release team. Beyond that, it pushed us over to needing a sixth CD on
x86. And it's a third set of spellcheck data (aspell + OpenOffice
already have their own)
If someone wants to pick the bits up and maintain them in Extras, it
shouldn't be problematic as it's an entirely separate tarball anyway
