Future New Init for FC7?

hey,

i was looking on this page:

it says: Targeted release: Fedora 7<http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/7>
so i`m wondering.. will fedora core 7 have a new init system?
if i`m correct it`s not in at this moment (using beta 3)
