I doubt it.  Merge reviews are often extremely time consuming as not
only do you have years of built-up cruft in the packages but you also
have maintainers who are often busy or recalcitrant (or worse, both).

When it takes hours to get through the initial review of a package,
the (volunteer) reviewer just isn't going to have time for much else.
