[oliver pils etc]$ grep dbus /etc/passwd; grep dbus ldap.conf
dbus:x:81:81:System message bus:/:/sbin/nologin
nss_initgroups_ignoreusers root,ldap,named,avahi,haldaemon,dbus
I don't know if I added dbus myself or not, but this setup usually works.
