Enabling Compiz by default?

That doesn't fix the above two problems, it isn't compiz that is broken
it is drivers and GL when compositing is enabled. This is what krh has
been focusing on to fix on Intel hardware, it doesn't matter what cm you
run there are too many regressions in the driver level.
