This failed to build due to a bug introduced in apr-util-1.2.12-1 by
yours truly (MySQL libraries were part of APRUTIL_LDFLAGS). 1.2.12-2 is
being built now, with a proper fix, hopefully.

I'm guessing there will be other packages that failed similarly.
