Last time included in RH, was EL 2.1
http://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=alien&submit=Search+...
PLD and OpenSuSE have RPMs, TurboLinux also. If someone wants to include
alien, PLD specfile might be a good starting point...
