rsyslog in f8?

Greetings. 

The rsyslog package has been approved and is ready to enter the
collection. I just thought I would ask if anyone has any issues or
concerns with switching to rsyslog for default system logger in f8?

Would it be helpfull to get it pushed out for f7/devel without any
Obsoletes first so folks can test it? Or should we just replace
sysklogd in devel right off? 

Note that if FESCo approves the features policy, it would be up to them
to approve or ack this feature, I'm just asking if anyone has any
gotchas or issues we should look at before it's added.
