This does NOT mean it is NOT possible to ship non-GPL'ed SW nor codecs
as part of Fedora.
Can you please expand on this just a bit?
GPL is not the _only_ free software license. You can ship stuff
released under the Apache license, BSD license, MIT license, GFDL,
LGPL, etc..
