New restructured ocaml packages

Hi all,

I created restructured ocaml packages (3.10) that should fit in the new
ocaml packaging guidelines. They are available at:
  http://math.ifi.unizh.ch/fedora/tmp
Everyone interested in ocaml packaging, please test them, especially
look for any wrongly packaged files and dependencies. Comments should
