I'd love to see some changes to this document.  I wrote that *way* back
in the FC2 time frame and the Docs Project was still testing out its
wings back then, so much so that it took until FC3 got out for the
document to be published.  Wasn't long before it was behind, as my time
got eaten up by toolchain and other work. ;-)

Matt, if you're interested in updating it, I'm happy to help by giving
you any needed info on the tools and other niceties for FDP, as well as
helping edit of course.
