2007/3/3, Andy Green <andy warmcat com>:
Working great for me in a Samsung Q35. Note I am using wpa_supplicant
patched with the "dscape patch"
http://kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/jbenc/ieee80211-utils/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant-0.4.7_dscape-02.patch
Not certain if that is a necessary ingredient for success or not.
I'm quite sure it is because this the the same case for hosapd. I was
testing d80211 stack with rt2x00 for a moment and this seems to be
necessary.
If you also want to test hosapd with this stack try
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=230449
(i'm using d80211 from intel website until d80211 headers will be in
kernel-headers)
usage is :
config /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
launch hostapd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
