Hmm, that's odd. The admin interface showed that set to public.
I'll fiddle it some more. It certainly isn't intentional.

Is it meant for developers or do you want users to come up with bugs or questions to that list? If it just for the developer coordination fedora-kernel-devel list is a better name.
