I'm surprised that install to dmraid is classed as MUST, yet install
to mdraid isn't even mentioned as SHOULD.

Of course I'm biased by the fact that I currently can't achieve a
bootable mdraid1 installation

I've never known whether it's a tester's "job" to flag a bug as a
blocker, and allow developers to un-flag it where they disagree, or if
the developers prefer to triage the bugs themselves and do the
flagging.
