Monodevelop out of date

Hi,

I could not build your 0.16 package. It fails with

./src/Mono.Addins.Gui/Mono.Addins.Gui/AddinInstallerDialog.cs(40,35): 
error CS0246: The type or namespace name `PackageCollection' could not 
be found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?
./src/Mono.Addins.Gui/Mono.Addins.Gui/AddinManagerDialog.cs(39,30): 
error CS0246: The type or namespace name `SetupService' could not be 
found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?

although all buildrequirements are fulfilled.
