New subpackage xfig-Xaw3d

I'd just switch to Xaw3d (only) for all branches. I don't think having 2 
versions built against different versions of the toolkit makes sense, and Xaw3d 
is clearly the better-looking one (looks only 10 years old rather than 
20 ;-) ).
