samba license change

Would it be a problem for Samba team to make an exception from the
license for KDE? At least for 3.2.0? It might be unlikely that it would
hapen, and me, as non-lawyer, know nothing about the legal implications,
but that might be one of ways to ensure availability of quality free
software.
