It is a bunch of scripts that you can add to
/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/ that can turn on and off Network
Services. From the list of services you still have enabled it would
include sshd, avahi, rpc*. Disable those in chkconfig and allow
NetworkManagerDispatcher enable and disable them. If you only use
networked cups printers you can add that one also.
