Use --nodeps if you want to do -bp and don't want to be bothered by
the BR's. IMHO, it is ok that all (but one (*)) rpmbuild commands
check for the BR's, as you can override this during development (even
by commenting out the BR's).
(*) Even rpmbuild -bs (only built src.rpm) fails whne the BR's are
not satisfied (or has this been fixed now?). This is useless.
