I use rawhide (fedora devel version) with kernel 2.6.23-0.149.rc4.fc8
(latest for fedora rawhide) and it has iwl3945 modules.

/lib/modules/2.6.23-0.149.rc4.fc8/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/iwl3945.ko
