Unfortunately, ghc doesn't build at all in current Rawhide (for any arch), and 
even once that's fixed, there's still the problem of finding a valid bootstrap 
binary. (ghc is one of those annoying compilers written in their own language. 
IMHO it's a bad idea to write a non-C compiler in its own language, but the 
people writing a compiler for a language tend to like their language so much or 
to be so unfamiliar with any other language that they often make this 
unfortunate choice.)
