No collectd component in Bugzilla

I just added the collectd package to Fedora, and almost simultaneously
someone sent me a bug report.  Unfortunately there is no 'collectd'
component in the current Bugzilla so I can't park this bug anywhere to
work on it later.

Since collectd package is very new (added just hours ago) should I
wait or is there someone I should contact about this?
