It's better not to have timer, than have it showing random numbers.

I'd better add nice powerpoint-style presentation showcasing
screenshots and descriptions of popular and eye-catching software like
firefox, evolution, amarok, gimp, pidgin, openoffice, marble, digikam,
vlc media player, mythtv (fedora is media center OS too!).
