This says it's still down, as of Tuesday. The mirrorlist appears up, but apparently you're still not supposed to update (why the hell they would make that available if people shouldn't use it I have no idea).

The systems that should be available very soon:
* asterisk1 and collab1
* cvs1
* builders, x86 and ppc
* Fedora People
