* Approved the draft Haskell packaging guidelines:

* Discussed two submissions related to the bundling of fonts:

  and
  https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/No_bundling_of_fonts_in_other_packages
** Neither was approved as-is, but as a result of the discussion, FPC
   approved one general guideline addition and two related documents:
*** "Fedora packages should make every effort to avoid having
    multiple, separate, upstream projects bundled together in a single
    package."
