Problems with mock rawhide builds

I'm seeing the following error in my x86_64 rawhide mock builds in root.log:

DEBUG util.py:250:  /usr/bin/python: relocation error: 
/lib64/libnsl.so.1: symbol __libc_clntudp_bufcreate, version 
GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

If I wipe out the mock cache it will work.

Any ideas?  Anyone else seeing this?

mock host is running CentOS 5, also seen with F-8.  mock 0.9.7-1.el5.
