This usually means that the driver is not following the ALSA
suspend/resume protocol correctly.

Please terminate PA by running "pulseaudio -k". Then, start pa in a
terminal via "pulseaudio -vvvv". Then suspend/resume, paste the output
of PA in that terminal.
