I'm not so sure that's a given, but certainly the proportion of the total is
far from inconsequential.

OTOH, most of these commissioners probably have puters on their desks now,
and they're probably using the biggest display sizes among those in their
respective companies, and probably 100% defaults, which means their 12pt
fonts are probably larger than most other peoples' other than web deeziners',
who as "professionals" and as a group also use bigger displays than average.
