Well, some of ruby noarch packages are in need43 list.
ruby module rpm installs noarch ruby scripts under 
`ruby -rrbconfig -e "puts Config::CONFIG['sitelibdir']"`
(currently /usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8 ).
