taking ownership of packages

I've been trying to take ownership of the following packages:
* tanukiwrapper
* velocity
* xmlrpc
* log4j

But I don't get the "Take Ownership" button available to me,
apparently I'm not in cvsextras group.
Whom do I contact to get in that group so I may take over the above packages?
